Ristorante Fontana al Zampillo in Friedland

We tried the restaurant once on several recommendations. We were very disappointed. A really nice sized pizza was hardly occupied and the penne with Gorgonzola was completely salty. In addition, the waiters clearly show that they prefer to serve their regular guests. Too bad.

Very good restaurant, price / performance ratio. Nothing to complain about and the grappa on the house as a digestive was very good.

Mega yummy. No long waiting times. Very nice staff. Very well attended. I think you should pre-order. We were really lucky. All the tables were reserved and actually full within a very short time. We recommend. 👌🏻 We were 5 people, everyone had something different. Everything was perfect.

Delicious food, friendly service. No simple pizzeria but Italian gastronomy

The food was exceptionally great, the service was very friendly, typically Italian. This visit only had one deficit, in times of Corona you had to fill out the slip of paper with your personal details but there was no distance between the tables and neither staff nor visitors wore mouth and nose protection, which is a shame because otherwise I would have felt very comfortable but the more that The place was full, I lost my hunger and then finished the pizza in our accommodation.

The pizza is the best around. Even my husband says it's even better than in Albania. The guest room is bright and clean. There is plenty of seating outside. All employees we have known so far are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Always happy to visit. :)

The two stars are for food. It was tasty and sufficient. The service was really bad. All tables were served bread and olives ... our table was discreetly left out. When ordering, the waitress came with a very annoyed appearance, no friendly words or pleasant eye contact. Distributing the drinks was clumsy and unpleasant. We had a drink and then the meal and after clearing the empty plates we weren't asked again whether we would like to order anything. After three quarters of an hour the waitress came to us at the table with the words "espresso or schnapps" and the person repeated this two or three times. That was the sacking par excellence, we had taken the hint but were looking forward to a long, fun evening. Of course we ordered other drinks as we didn't want to leave yet. These drinks were also handed over with little feeling or put on the table. After my second drink was empty we were asked again for "espresso or schnapps". An absolute cheek. We paid and left the place. I won't be going out to eat there for the time being. Then I'd rather order something and eat it at home. I had already eaten there twice before and was satisfied, but the unfriendly demeanor of the waitresses was a mess. I would like the owners to show the staff how to deal with guests.

We were invited to a featured family celebration there. dinner should be chosen from the menu. The food was great! Only that we had to wait over an hour for it. Unfortunately, the drinks often didn't come as ordered or not at all. As I said, the food was great, there was a lack of service.
